Do I Need to register before I purchase?

🙂 You are not required to sign up in order to make a purchase. Although, it would help you a lot and make your shopping easier if you create an account already. That way, the next time you make a purchase, you won’t need to type in all your details again.

Do you accept custom-made orders?

Sadly, we don’t accept custom made orders for the meantime.

Can I reserve an item?

Purchasing products here in our website is considered a reservation of items since we will not process your orders until we can confirm your purchase.

Can I have my orders returned or exchanged?

Orders may not be returned or exchanged for reasons other than factory related defects or damages. Items will be exchanged with the same items or other items with the same selling price. Only when the similar item for exchange is out of stock will the customer be allowed to return the item and be issued a refund. Items that are not in their original packaging when you received them (including tag price) will not be honored anymore.

Customers are advised to check the items delivered immediately upon receipt. Items found to have damages should be photographed and sent to us within 24 hours. Once we have assessed and approved your item, you may have it sent back to us via local courier (shipping fee is shouldered by the customer), and the replacement will be sent back via local courier also (shipping fee now shouldered by KIT). The customer is responsible for securely packing the item(s) to be returned or exchanged. Alternatively, customer may opt to directly exchange the item at any of the LLPP store branches. Just don’t forget to bring the receipt. 🙂

When refund is granted to the customer, an allowance of five (5) business days should be given to LLPP to complete the transaction.

Shopping Questions

What are your shipping options?

  • For small items (like spinners, keychains, plushies) – We require an added 100 php shipping charge for locations within Metro Manila and 190 php for outside of Metro Manila locations
  • Foam Swords – we charge an average shipping fee of 300 php for orders within Metro Manila while shipping orders outside of Metro Manila is dependent on our provided computation as you purchase our items
  • Steel Swords – Shipping outside of Metro Manila is currently unavailable
  • Gel Guns – Shipping outside of Luzon is currently unavailable
  • We do not do meet-ups however, you can indicate in your orders if you’re going to pick up our items on conventions or events that we will be part of.
  • International Shipping is currently unavailable.

What are your payment options?

You can either pay us through BDO Bank Deposit or through Paypal.

After payment is done, please send a copy of your deposit slip or transaction to our LLPP fanpage to confirm our payment.

We currently don’t accept credit card purchases here on our website or Cash on Delivery (COD). However, you can freely use your credit card on both our physical stores which you can find here.

Do you immediately ship items once we purchase them?

Items will be kept on hold for a maximum of three (3) days once purchase is finished through the website. LLPP requires customers to pay first before we ship the items to your assigned address. You can head here to see our payment options.

In the situation where the item is already sold out and is not indicated on the website and you have already paid for the item. LLPP will reach out to you and inform you of the situation and you can cancel your order or change it to a different one.

How long will it take before the items will arrive?

Upon confirmation of payment of items, it will take around two (2) business days before orders are processed and sent out. Delivery of items will take an average of one to two business days for Metro Manila locations while it would take around three to four business days for outside of Metro Manila deliveries.

How can I follow up on my order?

You can check on your delivery once you have the tracking number here. Updates on pre-existing unpaid orders you can contact our fanpage.

What do I do if there’s a missing or incorrect item/s in my order?

Please contact us immediately through our Facebook account and follow the return or exchange policy we have.

How do I add or change item in my web order?

Do you do gift deliveries?
